Dedicated to improving mental health within the scottish South Asian communities
Scottish Asian Counselling Services (SACS) was founded in September 2023, Scottish Asian Counselling Services (SACS) was founded in September 2023 after we saw, first-hand, a persistent gap in mental health support for South Asian and other minority communities across Scotland.
Why?
There is a growing need for services that reflect our community’s values and lived experiences. We work to bridge this gap with care that respects faith, culture and connection.

To deliver accessible counselling, therapy, community programmes and education that support wellbeing and reduce stigma within South Asian communities.
