Group Sessions

Our group sessions offer supportive, facilitated spaces where individuals can share experiences, learn from others and feel less alone. Groups are structured, time-limited, and led by trained therapists, with a strong emphasis on safety, boundaries and confidentiality.

Group work may focus on themes such as self-esteem, anxiety, emotional regulation, parenting, identity, or shared cultural experiences. These spaces promote connection, normalisation and collective healing, particularly for those who benefit from knowing others face similar challenges.
